Your Role:
As a Business Development Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving growth across the Air and Ocean Freight sectors. You'll identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and work closely with our operations teams to deliver outstanding service solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic plans to drive new business in air and ocean freight

• Identify and approach prospective clients in Belgium and neighboring regions

• Maintain and grow existing accounts by understanding client needs and delivering value-added solutions

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery

• Stay ahead of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities

Your Profile:

• Proven experience in business development within freight forwarding (Air & Ocean)

• Strong network and knowledge of the logistics market in Belgium

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

• Self-motivated with a passion for sales and a client-centric approach

• Fluent in English and either Dutch or French
