Environment, Health and Safety Manager

ZTE Belgium is looking for Environment, Health and Safety Manager(EHS Manager) in Belgium, this will be an consultant/outsourcing position.

Responsibilities:

• Collect, collate, analyze and summarize relevant quality standards from customers and companies and apply them in projects
• Carry out project quality assurance planning, establish a project quality assurance team, decompose quality objectives to each business team, carry out work in accordance with the key action requirements of the project, communicate effectively with customers in a timely manner and make improvements, and finally ensure the smooth delivery of the project
• Assist in the development of quality documents and specifications, compile quality training materials and courseware, and conduct quality training for the project team and subcontractors
• Monitor the business quality of the process and spot check, timely and effectively handle and track quality problems, promote the improvement of the project sub-team, follow up the analysis report and supervise the implementation of corrective and preventive measures
• Collect on-site quality performance of subcontractors, pass quality pressure to partners, and be responsible for evaluating the quality of project outsourcers
• Work with the project manager or engineering manager to determine the project operation and maintenance handover process and standards, assist the professional service project manager to carry out project operation and maintenance handover according to the established process and standards, follow up the remaining problems of project operation and maintenance handover until they are resolved
• Conduct project quality management summary, experience promotion and business promotion
• Construction and application promotion of EPMS quality module checklist
• Quality engineer work arrangement, monitoring, assessment, etc.

Requirement:

• Experience in quality management of FTTx projects
• Dutch speaker, fluent English as working language
• Familiar with Belgian local quality standards and construction health and safety
• Located in Belgium，with the potential for brief business excursions
