Support activities related to integrating AI into Semantic Interoperability through various initiatives , focusing on exploration and proposing production solutions, particularly regarding agentic AI;
Support the SEMIC support to EU policies, and provide technical support for Interoperability Assessment data modelling activities, SDGR/OOTS, and interoperability in Data Spaces;
Provide support on the SEMIC toolchain, with benchmarking, and identifying open-source solutions to support data modelling activities;
Support the formalisation, integration, and Member States adoption of Linked Data Event Streams (LDES) as a SEMIC specification, ensuring alignment with existing standards and EU data strategies;
Assist in the continuous improvement and implementation support for DCAT-AP, including providing guidance to Data paces on adopting the profile and assist in creating additional sub-profiles where necessary;
Be actively involved in the creation of blog post publications on modelling approaches and practices;
Involvement in organisation and implementation of SEMIC webinars and workshops.
Requirements
Master’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Information and Communication Technologies, combined with minimum 17 years of relevant working experience in IT;
Minimum 8 years experience in Semantic methodologies, Semantic transformation, Metadata modelling, Linked data;
Minimum 8 years experience in OWL, RDF, SKOS, XML, shacl;
Proven work experience with machine learning and AI models in particular new trends working on agents;
