WORK ENVIRONMENT

Fujitsu is looking for ITILCO - Incident & Problem Manager to work at a European Institution in Brussels.

Knowledge & skills: a minimum of 4 years with some of the following:

Knowledge of ITIL Lifecycle V3/V4 is mandatory (Foundation)
Strong Incident / Problem Management skills
Good IT technical skills with fair knowledge on the application side (ServiceNow, Office 365, MS Windows, …)
Experience in business process modeling (ARIS BPM tool or equivalent)
Experience in IT Service Management suite of products
