Global Data Liason

Join a global leader in transforming data into strategic insight. We are seeking a Global Data Liaison to bridge teams, systems, and regions with precision and purpose.

This role is pivotal in sourcing and managing healthcare data to support decision-making and improve patient outcomes. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless access to high-quality data.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and negotiate access to external data assets for biopharmaceutical development and commercialization.
• Maintain relationships with healthcare data providers to ensure comprehensive understanding of available data sources.
• Evaluate and contract data, assisting with execution and onboarding processes.
• Collaborate with IT, Data Office, and other stakeholders to ensure data accessibility, compliance, and connectivity.
• Support cross-functional efficiencies by sharing expertise and insights across various functions.
• Develop training and communication materials for data literacy.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Proficiency in healthcare data, including patient-level claims and HCP-level data.
• Ability to solve complex problems and translate business needs into data requirements.
• Experience in data contracting and compliance.
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative mindset for assembling disparate data sets to address business questions.
• Effective communication skills tailored to both technical and non-technical audiences.
