📒JOB DESCRIPTION

• You will be part of the Sales & Marketing team. Together with your colleagues your mission will be to maintain an excellent relationship with our 300 luxury kids-friendly affiliated hotels.
• Minimum 4-month internship, starting from May/June 2025

💻TASKS

• As Online Travel Account Manager Trainee, you ensure the liaison between our affiliated hotels worldwide and our Sales & Marketing Department
• Under the supervision of the Account Manager, you communicate on a daily basis with these hotels on various subjects: renewals of contracts and follow up, key information, promotions, rates and availabilities, marketing actions, etc.)
• You analyse sales and marketing trends and publish external and internal reports
• You provide administrative support to the Sales & Marketing team
• You help organize webinars to inform the Sales and Marketing team about new hotels in the portfolio
• You are involved in different internal projects

💯MUST HAVE SKILLS

• Student at a business school or tourism school or job-seeker (CIP)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French
• The ability to manage several tasks in a fast-paced environment with deadlines
• Data analysis skills
• Extremely proactive personality and a courteous and dynamic character
• Very good computer software skills such as Excel and CRM
