We are seeking an on-site Helpdesk for Beerse to provide Level 1 to Level 1.5 technical support.

The role focuses primarily on Audio/Video and meeting room technology support, along with general desk-side IT services.

These positions are critical for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within a dynamic business environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide hands-on support for Audio/Video systems used in meeting rooms, including setup, troubleshooting, and live meeting assistance.
  • Deliver desk-side support to end users, including basic hardware/software troubleshooting, installations, and peripheral setups.
  • Collaborate with remote teams or escalate incidents as needed to ensure timely resolution.
  • Perform routine maintenance checks on AV equipment and coordinate repairs or replacements when necessary.
  • Support end-user requests related to office technology in a professional and timely manner.
  • Maintain documentation of issues, resolutions, and processes using ticketing tools and standard procedures.


Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in an IT support role, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Languages : EN & DU
  • Basic knowledge of Audio/Video equipment and conferencing tools (e.g., Zoom, Teams, Webex).
  • Proficiency in supporting Windows operating systems, MS Office Suite, and common desk-side IT issues.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently on-site and respond quickly to support requests.
