🛠️ Your Role: System Engineer

As a System Engineer, you will support the overall technical work for the products designed as part of NPI projects, ensuring alignment with business goals, stakeholder expectations, and industry standards.

📋 Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Chief Engineer in defining the technical scope, requirements, and deliverables of individual NPI projects.
• Write the Product Design Specification (PDS) and manage its distribution to subsystems or modules to ensure PDS fulfillment.
• Participate in defining testing and verification activities with the validation/compliance engineer, ensuring the system meets the Product/Project Requirement Specification (PRS).
• Contribute to Design to Cost initiatives.
• Define and coordinate the integration of technical systems within assigned NPI projects.
• Ensure full system integration of technical deliverables within assigned NPIs.
• Provide technical status reports on the overall technical solution within assigned NPIs.
• Establish and maintain mitigation plans according to the risk assessment.
• Verify all technical solutions and the results of testing and verification activities at the system level.Approve the results of test, verification, and validation activities.

You will collaborate with a diverse, agile, and multidisciplinary team of engineers, project managers, and product specialists. Reporting to the Chief Engineer, you will work closely with leaders across the organization to drive product excellence and innovation.

🧩 Your Profile

📚 Experience, Knowledge, and Hard Skills:

• Engineer/Master degree in civil or industrial engineering.
• 6+ Experience in system engineering, integration, processes, requirements, and specifications.
• Fluent in English.
