We’re looking for a seasoned Business Architect to help drive transformation within food production operations. This is an exciting opportunity to play a strategic role in reshaping production environments through improved processes, systems, and organizational design. You’ll work across multiple project teams focused on modernizing manufacturing sites and supporting a broader operational roadmap.

Your role:

• Define and develop business architecture that supports key strategic milestones and operational goals.
• Lead business analyses that clarify the impact of planned changes across teams, systems, and processes.
• Act as a bridge between business needs and technical solutions, aligning with IT architecture to ensure cohesive execution.
• Facilitate collaboration with stakeholders to validate and refine solution designs.
• Provide guidance to analysts and team members involved in business and process analysis.
• Support project initiation by helping shape clear and actionable project scopes, timelines, risks, and resource needs.

What you bring:

• Solid experience as a Business Architect, ideally within manufacturing or production environments.
• A strong grasp of business processes, change management, and enterprise transformation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
