Founding partner - Brussels Office 

You will initially integrate the Paris team for the first 12 month as an associate partner where you will deliver consulting projects sourced from the Paris team. You will get to know the team and the culture and spend 2-3 days every week in Paris for a period of 6-12 month The rest of the days you will conduct business development activity in Belgium. During these 12 months, you will be mentored and coached by a senior partner and executive coach, and have access to a network of experts

Once the revenue sourced from Brussels are robust enough (in target 12 month), you will become founding partner and develop the Brussels office. You will be given equity in the subsidiary.

Remuneration

First 12 month salary: €100-110k + 40% variable, Partner Salary: €130k + 150% variable

Requirement:

10-12 years of work experience with at least 5 in tier 1 consulting companies such as McKinsey, BCG, Bain,..

Strong network in Belgium. Fluent in French, English and Dutch.
