Job Title: ITIL Specialist

Location: Brussels, Belgium

Duration: 1-year contract (with possibility of extension)

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled on ITIL Specialist to join our client that is in the public sector in Brussels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Apply ITIL methodology in a service centre context
• Provide expertise in project management and quality assurance practices
• Contribute to continuous improvement and optimization of IT processes
• Support reporting and documentation as per project standards

Experience:

• Diploma/Degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience
• Minimum 8 years of IT experience
• Minimum 4 years of demonstrated experience applying ITIL in a service centre
• Proficient in English (written and spoken) – C1 level
• Ability to work independently and remotely
