You will play a key role in the production of personalized cell therapies, in an environment where quality and safety are paramount.

Job description

• Lead end-to-end facility expansion projects, from design to implementation
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, QA/QC, automation, IT, and operations
• Drive automation and process optimization initiatives to reduce manual activities
• Manage project timelines, budgets, risks, and reporting
• Develop and refine project management methodologies, tools, and workflows
• Align with internal and external stakeholders at local and global levels
• Engage with senior leadership to define project scope, priorities, and execution strategy
• Navigate complex stakeholder environments, including collaboration with U.S.-based team

Required competences & skills

• Master’s degree in a scientific or technical field (e.g. Engineering, Bioscience Engineering, Pharmacy, Biochemistry)
• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in project management within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or medtech industry
• Hands-on experience in operations or manufacturing within a GMP-regulated environment is essential
• PMP certification or equivalent is strongly preferred
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across departments and cultures
• Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented approach
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g. Agile, Prince2)
• Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus but not required
