Windows Server Engineer

RSS is currently looking for a WINDOWS SERVER ENGINEER!

You'll work for our client, a major player in the retail sector in Belgium.

• Do you enjoy scripting, optimizing systems, and working in a customer-focused environment?

Join an ambitious IT team where operational excellence, collaboration, and innovation are key.

Your impact:

• You’ll ensure system availability, performance and security across a hybrid infrastructure — from Active Directory and GPOs to automation via PowerShell or Python.
• You’ll also contribute to service improvement initiatives and incident resolution at level 3.
• Key KPIs: Customer satisfaction | Resolution time | System performance | Service improvement

Your profile:

✔️ 5+ years of experience in Windows Server engineering

✔️ Strong knowledge of Active Directory, GPO, performance tuning

✔️ Scripting skills (PowerShell, Python)

✔️ Fluency in English and French or Dutch

✔️ Bonus: experience with GCP, VMware, GitLab (Terraform)

📍 Location: Belgium (Home office partially authorized)
