Robert Half is currently looking for an Asset Manager ad interim (m/f/x) for a months assignment.

Our client is located in Brussels region.

As Asset Manager , you will be responsible for

Tenant relationship Employer (spoc for tenants, dashboarding to follow up performance of assets and tenants, ..) Ensure compliance with rental agreements, negotiate leasing agreements and property related contracts Assist in prospection activities and assist in sourcing, underwriting, negotiating and closing of deals where necessary Act as a liaison for the property Employer and property accounting team Attend meetings with externa parties (tenants, suppliers, government institutions…)

You have the following qualifications as Asset Manager

You have a master's degree preferably in Real Estate or Finance Employer Experience in an asset Employer or property Employer role is a MUST Experience with financial analysis and lease agreement negotiations Excellent Dutch, French & English Available for a months assignment
