The role will involve working on diverse software development projects, with a focus on Java back-end and React.js front-end technologies.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Full-Stack Developer to join our growing team on a permanent basis (CDI). In this role, you will collaborate closely with other developers, product managers, and designers to deliver high-performance, scalable applications. Your primary responsibilities will include Java back-end development and building intuitive, user-friendly interfaces with React.js.

Full-Stack Developer Responsibilities:

• Back-End Development:
• Design, develop, and maintain server-side logic using Java.
• Build efficient and reusable back-end components to support the front-end.
• Integrate with various services and ensure robust back-end functionality.

• Front-End Development:
• Design and implement responsive and interactive user interfaces using React.js.
• Ensure high-performance, cross-browser compatibility, and maintainability of the front-end.
• Collaborate with the UX/UI team to deliver engaging user experiences.

Full-Stack Developer Collaboration & Agile Methodology:

• Work within an agile team environment, contributing to sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to meet project goals and timelines.

Full-Stack Developer Quality Assurance:

• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Implement unit and integration tests to ensure the reliability of applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any bugs or performance issues.

Full-Stack Developer Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong experience in Java development, with a focus on back-end services.
• Proficiency in front-end development with React.js.
• Solid understanding of relational databases and data modeling.
• Experience in developing and consuming APIs (REST).
• Strong grasp of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles.
• Familiarity with version control (Git).
• Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Ability to work in an agile environment, with strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Fluency in English (French or Dutch is a plus).

Full-Stack Developer Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Previous experience in a similar role within a software development team.
• Understanding of software design patterns and best practices.
