Job Description:
As an Inside Account Representative, you will play a critical role in driving business growth by generating, qualifying, and managing leads through both inbound and outbound channels. Working closely with our Business Development Manager and channel partners, you’ll help build a strong and high-quality sales pipeline, directly contributing to increased conversion rates and revenue.
This role also involves managing relationships with channel partners and end users, coordinating meetings, and supporting small to mid-sized sales opportunities from start to close. You will engage with system integrators, VARs (Value-Added Resellers), and resellers to understand their needs and deliver value-driven solutions, strengthening our market presence and customer loyalty.
By identifying new business opportunities and supporting strategic expansion, your work will be essential in boosting the team’s efficiency, ensuring sales readiness, and helping the company reach its growth objectives.
Occasional travel may be required for client meetings and industry events.
