Salesforce Developer (freelance)

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer specializing in the Service Cloud to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working within Salesforce environments, particularly in development and customization. You will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, translating them into technical solutions, and ensuring the successful implementation of Salesforce Service Cloud features.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Salesforce Service Cloud applications, ensuring high-quality code and optimal performance.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyse needs and develop tailored solutions.
• Participate actively in Agile development practices, including sprint planning and reviews.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear and simple documentation.
• Provide support for integration and customization projects within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Maintain best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce development, particularly with Service Cloud.
• Salesforce certifications such as ADM-201, Platform Developer, or Service Cloud are highly desirable.
• Proven ability to analyse business requirements and implement solutions using Agile methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to convey complex concepts in a straightforward manner.
• Fluent in French with strong written and verbal communication skills.
