QHSE Manager (Permanent) - Antwerp, Belgium - €60,000 - 70,000 + Great Benefits

Our client is a leading Belgian offshore contractor based in Antwerp. They specialize in complex marine operations across multiple sectors, including oil & gas, renewable energy, decommissioning and civil engineering. Role Overview:

As the company continues to grow, they are seeking an experienced QHSE Manager to lead and strengthen their Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental systems. In this role, you will manage the QHSE team, maintain regulatory compliance, and champion a culture of continuous improvement across all operations—particularly in offshore projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and guide the existing QHSE team.
• Develop, implement, and maintain QHSE management systems in line with ISO standards.
• Ensure full compliance with applicable legal and regulatory frameworks.
• Identify and mitigate environmental, health, and safety risks.
• Conduct internal and external audits and inspections.
• Train and support employees in understanding and applying QHSE policies.
• Provide support for offshore decommissioning projects and corporate QHSE governance.

Key Requirements:

• 7–10 years of QHSE experience, preferably in marine or offshore sectors.
• Leadership or team management experience is a strong advantage.
• Strong knowledge of ISO QHSE standards and industry best practices.
• Fluency in Dutch and English is essential.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Willingness to work on-site in Antwerp 5 days a week for the first 6 months
