Information Technology Support Officer

ADIUTUM is currently hiring an IT Support Officer to join our engineering team.

Working in the ICT department, you will be part of the Service Desk & Workplace team, in charge of operational support for the users of a global group. The technological environment includes almost 4,000 users spread over more than 60 sites in over 7 different countries.

📌 Main tasks:

• Provide Level 1 and 2 support by responding to technical incidents and IT service requests from the business.
• Encoding, handling, tracking and finalizing tickets.
• Installation of hardware and software.
• Actively participate in the development of solutions and procedures, as well as project implementation.
• Actively monitor technological developments on the market and manage the life cycle of various technological components.

💬 Your profile:

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role, ideally in an internationally distributed organization
• Fluency in French and very good knowledge of English (spoken and written)
• Good knowledge of Office 2019, 2021, 365, Windows 10 & 11
• Good knowledge of PC hardware and peripherals, Active Directory, Teams, Sharepoint OneDrive
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Customer and service oriented
• Pragmatic and solution-oriented Organized and rigorous
• Available and flexible
