• This role focuses on developing technical solutions during the design phase of projects, ensuring smooth execution from budget planning to implementation and evaluation.

Main Responsibilities

Project Design & Budgeting

• Develop technical solutions during the design phase.
• Provide input for budget preparation and project scheduling.
• Management of Studies & Permits

• Oversee permit and implementation studies, including:
• Environmental studies
• Structural stability assessments
• Architectural and implementation planning
• Ensure technical requirements are communicated to designers during the detailed study phase.
• Stakeholder & Contractor Coordination

• Manage and monitor external study partners.
• Prepare technical purchase files for contracting contractors.
• Offer technical support during the tender and implementation phases.
• Quality Control & Process Improvement

• Ensure high-quality architectural studies.
• Collect feedback and conduct evaluations for continuous quality improvement.
• Reporting & Coordination

• Provide coordination and reporting to the multidisciplinary project team.
• Profile Requirements

Educational Background

• Engineering degree in Construction or equivalent experience.
• Technical & Architectural Expertise

• Strong affinity for architectural techniques, soil mechanics, and stability calculations.
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
