We are looking for an experienced and motivated Application Support Team Leader to join our prestigious client in Brussels.

Your Role and Responsibilities
As the Application Support Team Leader, you will:
- Guide and support a dedicated team of application specialists.
- Act as a liaison with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely communication and issue resolution.
- Coordinate activities across multiple subservices in partnership with the Service Delivery Manager.
- Lead second-line functional support for financial reimbursement systems, including incident investigation and analysis.
- Maintain best practices in incident management, documentation, and knowledge sharing.
- Oversee the onboarding and development of new team members, fostering a strong team culture.
- Utilize ServiceNow and other tools to manage service requests and follow-up actions.
Required Skills
- Demonstrable application support experience and at least 3 years of experience with SQL and PL/SQL.
- Proven experience leading a support or technical team.
- Proficiency with Oracle SQL Developer.
- Knowledge of ITIL frameworks and experience using ServiceNow.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Strong organisational and analytical abilities.
- Comfortable working independently in an international, fast-paced setting.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Oracle certification (Database or Application Support).
- Familiarity with Unix/Linux environments.
- Experience with XML, APIs, and tools like Postman.
