DevOps Engineer

The function requires a strong background in software development, and DevOps tools. The DevOps will collaborate with developers, system engineers, PM and architecture to ensure code releases are deployed according to best practices and defined policies.

Responsibilities

• Build Design, implement and maintain software integration.
• Act as the second/third line of support on production issues.
• Implement automation.
• Be the gate for code quality, communicate any improvement possible.
• Work in team to improve tooling, security and procedures.
• Run Document procedures and tooling.
• Use our documentation tools (Jira/Confluence)
• Explain goals, features & stories in sprint planning meetings
• Participate in projects.
• Support end-to-end development.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in DevOps.
• Experience in Java, .Net, Python and/or system administration.

Experience with our technologies:

• OS : Windows, Linux
• Application servers : Wildfly, Glassfish, IIS, Apache, Tomcat
• Containers, Kubernetes, Azure
• Networking topology
• Security principles
• Java, jProfiler, .Net, MS SQL
• Confluence, Jira
• Bitbucket, GIT, Artifactory, SonarQube, Jenkins, Octopus, NPM, NuGet, Maven, MSBuild
• MQ systems (OpenMQ / ActiveMQ)
• Keycloak
• Scripting : Powershell and/or Groovy and/or Bash
• Some experience with Agile / Scrum
• Fluent in English (French and/or Dutch is a plus)
