Senior Project Leader – HR Digital Transformation

Context

Within the HR domain, we have been executing a new roadmap for the past two years. Currently, we are deeply engaged in realizing key milestones, including the replacement of three major applications:

• Payroll Engine
• Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Learning Management System (LMS)

Additionally, we are developing an HR Connector, an AWS application designed to integrate all current and future HR applications.

This program consists of multiple projects with a strict deadline of 1/1/2026, executed by both internal teams and supplier teams.

Responsibilities

We are seeking a Senior Project Leader to collaborate with our Product Owners (POs)—who work in Scrum—and Project Leads (PLs) from suppliers to ensure successful execution of the program.

• Program Oversight
• Coordinate project cycles within Change Management (CM).
• Work closely with POs and external PLs to ensure smooth execution.
• Monitor project goals, deadlines, budgets, and quality requirements.
• Stakeholder Management & Decision-Making
• Ensure clear communication with all internal and external stakeholders.
• Foster collaboration and ownership across teams.
• Identify risks proactively and implement necessary adjustments.
• Drive data-driven decision-making based on project progress.
• Provide regular reports to management highlighting status, challenges, and achievements.
• Project Culture & Knowledge Transfer
• Promote a learning and result-oriented project environment.
• Ensure proper transfer of project outcomes to the line organization.

Profile & Qualifications

We are looking for an experienced Project Leader, ready to settle in quickly and start immediately.

• HR Applications Expertise – Prior experience in HR application projects is a plus.
• Agile Methodology & SCRUM – Useful, as our internal teams operate with Scrum, while suppliers work with a traditional PL approach. You will need to coordinate both methods smoothly.
