Citrix Administrator

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops environments.
• Administer Citrix ADC for load balancing and secure remote access.
• Perform regular system updates, patches, and upgrades.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Citrix-related issues including connectivity, performance, and application delivery.
• Monitor system performance, generate reports, and ensure high availability of Citrix services.
• Implement and manage Citrix policies, profiles, and access controls.
• Work closely with IT support teams to ensure smooth end-user experiences.
• Document procedures, configurations, and system changes.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience with Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (7.x+).
• Strong knowledge of Citrix ADC (NetScaler).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Server and Active Directory.
• Experience with VMware, Hyper-V, or other virtualization platforms.
• Familiarity with Citrix Profile Management and FSLogix.
• Good understanding of networking, DNS, DHCP, and SSL.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Citrix Certified Associate (CCA-V) or higher certification.
• Experience with cloud-hosted Citrix environments (e.g., Citrix Cloud, Azure Virtual Desktop).
• PowerShell scripting experience.
• Experience with monitoring tools like Citrix Director, ControlUp, or eG Innovations.
