Role: Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Device setup and hardware support: Stage machines for new hires and replacements; handle walk-in support and hardware-related issues, including peripheral setup and diagnostics.
• Windows troubleshooting: Resolve common OS issues, driver failures, and user-specific problems across Windows environments.
• Onsite infrastructure support: Assist with project-based tasks such as mounting access points, organizing data rooms, and supporting physical network infrastructure.
• Strong interpersonal skills: Communicate effectively with end users, provide clear technical guidance, and deliver support with professionalism and empathy.
