You will partner with IT, security and business teams to define access control policies, RBAC models and identity lifecycle processes. You will develop guidelines and training sessions to support teams in understanding IAM policies and technologies. You have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, a related field or show us you have built up experience equal to this degree. You have 1-2 years of experience in IT security, IAM or a related field. You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling you to turn complex business needs into efficient IAM solutions. You have a passion for cybersecurity, identity governance and process optimization. You have the ability to communicate technical concepts to both IT and business audiences. You are fluent in Dutch or French and master English.
