Mechanical Engineer

B.E.S. (Business & Engineering Solutions) is growing and thus welcoming new Mechanical Engineer in our Automotive team.

As a Mechanical Engineer at B.E.S., you will enjoy a collaborative environment where you will work closely with others in an organisation focused on innovation. He will join a team that is prepare production workshops, located throughout Europe.

Your responsibilities:

• You ensures that automotive accessories are designed for production,
• You design the assembly process that should be applied in all Workshops,
• You will be asked to evaluate the installation and design of the production process,
• You performs installations on pre-production vehicles,
• You defines additional tools and equipment required for installations
• You trains operational responsible members for the new installations,

Your profile:

• You have a Master Degree in Mechanical Engineering,
• Experience in automotive industry (academic or professional) is an asset,
• You are FLUENT in English,
• You have good knowledge and experience of assembly operations and instruction creation,
• You have good communication skills,
• You are willing and enjoying travelling frequently (~30-40%),
