Planet Pharma has collaborated with a Global Pioneering Biotech headquartered in Europe. Our clients are currently seeking and experienced Workplace IT Support Engineer to join their team in Ghent.

Main Responsibilities:

• Handle all workplace-related infrastructure topics (support, or infra-architecture).
• Manage server maintenance and upgrades.
• Coordinate activities with Fujitsu (including vendor security).
• Oversee DNS registration.
• Deploy laptops and iPhones.
• Follow up and coordinate on projects (e.g. data loss initiatives).
• Manage Microsoft 365-related matters.

Main Requirements:

• Engineering background covering the above responsibilities.
• ~5+ years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Hands-on experience in cloud environments (AWS and Azure).
• Proven ability to manage and collaborate with third-party vendors.
• Capable of working quickly and under pressure.
• Strong stakeholder management across diverse groups.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to add value without prompting.
• Pharma industry experience is a plus.
• Tri-lingual (English, French, Flemish) – ideally.
