Technical Support Specialist

🛠 What you’ll be doing:

  • Take charge of technical support tickets, diving deep into issues using monitoring tools, logs, and developer consoles.
  • Diagnose and debug APIs (REST, SOAP), identifying performance issues and bugs.
  • Work closely with Product, QA, and Engineering teams in an Agile, cross-functional environment.
  • Keep documentation and knowledge bases sharp and useful for both internal teams and customers.
  • Participate in post-incident reviews and propose improvements to tools, processes, and products.
  • Proactively monitor systems with tools like Datadog, Kibana, and Sentry to detect and prevent issues.


🧩 What we’re looking for:

  • EXCELLENT English, written and spoken !
  • 2+ years in technical/application support, ideally in a SaaS or IT environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or similar
  • Strong communication with non-technical stakeholders
