🛠 What you’ll be doing:
- Take charge of technical support tickets, diving deep into issues using monitoring tools, logs, and developer consoles.
- Diagnose and debug APIs (REST, SOAP), identifying performance issues and bugs.
- Work closely with Product, QA, and Engineering teams in an Agile, cross-functional environment.
- Keep documentation and knowledge bases sharp and useful for both internal teams and customers.
- Participate in post-incident reviews and propose improvements to tools, processes, and products.
- Proactively monitor systems with tools like Datadog, Kibana, and Sentry to detect and prevent issues.
🧩 What we’re looking for:
- EXCELLENT English, written and spoken !
- 2+ years in technical/application support, ideally in a SaaS or IT environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or similar
- Strong communication with non-technical stakeholders
