Talent Development Internship

To strengthen its services, ALTEN BELGIUM is actively looking for a “Talent Development Intern”.

As a Talent Development Intern, you will support the BeNeLux team in managing the career development of our consultants. Your responsibilities will include:

• Talent management administration: Assist in the preparation and planning of performance and annual reviews across BeNeLux.
• Employee experience improvement: Continuously assess and enhance the employee experience by identifying growth opportunities from feedbacks received in the satisfaction surveys.
• Dashboard generation: Create new activity dashboards to track key activities and outcomes.
• Process automation: Support the Talent Development team in automating daily activities.
• Data analysis & reporting:
• Analyze feedback and consultant follow-ups to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Report weekly on key activities and outcomes, collaborating with managers to define actionable plans

Your profile :

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, Finance, Human Resources, or Business.
• Fluent in English.
• Proficient in Excel and familiar with PowerBI.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
