A prestigious global consultancy located in Brussels seeking a Senior Product Manger for a significant engagement with a major Engineering client.

You will oversee IT applications and tools supporting asset management per ISO 55000 standards. Collaborate with BAC's Asset Management department throughout the full product lifecycle, driving continuous improvement of EAM software applications.

Responsibilities:

• Product Lifecycle: Manage asset management applications, ensuring SLA compliance
• Budget & Vendors: Oversee budget, contracts, risks, and vendor relationships
• Client Relations: Maintain strong internal customer relationships aligned with business needs
• Strategy Implementation: Develop roadmaps, business cases, and execute vision through effective project management
• Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams and promote knowledge sharing
• Contract Management: Manage SLAs, evaluate performance, and renegotiate as needed

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• A Master’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience as a Senior Product Manager or in a similar role within an industrial environment, ideally with expertise in EAM systems.
• Experience with IBM Maximo and ISO 55000 standards.
• Strong customer service orientation and the ability to manage relationships with stakeholders at all levels, both technically and conceptually.
• Proven expertise in change management and people management.
• Strong organisational and negotiation skills, with the ability to work independently and lead projects effectively.

Desirable:

• Experience in a people management role and/or leading diverse teams across departments.
• Ability to inspire and mentor colleagues within the Asset Management domain.
