What we're looking for

Background Master's degree in Belgian law with minimum years experience in employment/social law; Languages Dutch native/fluent + solid command of both French and English-spoken and written. Strong Analytical Skills You have a problem-solving mindset with rigorous Employer thinking and you aim to be a real business partner for your clients. Adaptability & Drive You're resourceful, inectually curious, and enthusiastic about tackling challenges. Team-Oriented, Yet Independent You excel both as a team player and in handling cases autonomously.
