As an OR nurse, you play a crucial role in the surgical team:

• You assist during procedures, handle instruments, and act as circulating nurse.
• You prepare and position the patient with great care and attention to safety.
• You ensure high-quality patient care and maintain patient safety throughout.
• You work closely within a multidisciplinary and collaborative team.
• You provide clear communication – verbal, written, and digital.
• You support your colleagues wherever needed with a proactive attitude.
• You perform administrative, technical, and nursing tasks accurately.
• You think ahead, communicate clearly, and help optimize the workflow.

• Qualified nurse (bachelor’s or associate degree in nursing).
• Proven experience in the operating room – a must-have.
• You work in a structured, detail-oriented way with a strong sense of responsibility.
• You value clear communication and enjoy a positive team environment.
• You’re eager to contribute to a clinic that puts quality first.

• Permanent full-time contract

Schedule:

• 38 hours/week spread across 4 working days
• Fixed day off on Tuesdays
• Day shifts only (Monday to Friday) – potential Saturday mornings in the future
• No night or weekend shifts
