HR Business Partner


Robert Half is currently recruiting a HR Business Partner to join a company in the production industry.

Our client is located in region Antwerp.

The scope of responsibilities for this job are focused on "soft HR" and include:

  • Talent Acquisition : Manage recruitment efforts to attract top-tier candidates aligned with the company's values, vision, and operational priorities.
  • Employee Development : Spearhead talent management strategies that include career development pathways, succession planning, and targeted growth initiatives.
  • Training & Development : Assess workforce skills gaps and coordinate effective training programs aimed at employee growth and future readiness.
  • Performance Management : Oversee performance evaluation processes including goal-setting, regular feedback cycles, and alignment with strategic business objectives.
  • Employee Engagement : Design and support initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction, foster inclusivity, and promote a collaborative company culture.
  • HR Process Optimization : Contribute to projects that focus on improving efficiency, such as automation and digitalization within HR operations.
  • Advisory Role : Provide HR expertise to managers and employees, offering guidance on performance challenges, employee relations, and organizational change.

The requested qualifications for this job include:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of broad HR experience or a management position in recruitment, or HR consulting. Time spent as an HR Business Partner is a plus, not a must.
  • Understanding of HR practices, labor regulations (a plus), and talent management processes.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management ability, with experience coaching and supporting managers.
  • Empathetic communicator with outstanding interpersonal skills.
  • Cultural awareness and ability to engage with international, diverse teams.
  • Proactive and solutions - focused , capable of working autonomously.
  • Experience in organizational change or development is a plus.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English ; knowledge of French or other EU languages is an asset, not a must.
