Site Manager

For our market leader in road construction, we are looking for a Site Manager specifically for asphalt.

• Your working day starts at 7 am and you will mainly work in the region of East Flanders and Antwerp.
• As a real people manager, you are responsible for the day-to-day management and supervision of the site teams (1 to 2 shifts).
• You take responsibility for the sites.
• You are responsible for the organisation, coordination and control of the work.
• You mainly work daytime hours, but are prepared to work weekends or at night on very exceptional occasions.

What else are we looking for?

• You have a valid driving licence;
• You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in construction engineering or equivalent through experience;
• The East and West Flanders region are feasible for you;
• You already have min. 3 years' experience as a manager in the construction sector;
• Ideally experience or some knowledge related to road construction/asphalt;
• You have strong communication and leadership skills.
• You have strong organisational skills.
• You are solution-oriented and have a hands-on mentality.
