- SCCM System Engineer

You will work at a major player in the aerospace and industrial engineering sector. They are preparing a large-scale device migration to Windows 11 across their infrastructure. This includes replacing and configuring approximately 2,500 desktops. We are urgently looking for an SCCM Consultant to support this from start to finish. The contract runs until the end of June 2025, with possible extension based on project scope. You will work on-site in the Liège region and join the internal support and migration teams. You will lead the migration from Windows 10 to Windows 11 for 2,500 machines and all that entails: supporting inventory, unpacking, installation, configuration and validation of the devices. You will test Windows 10 applications and validate compatibility on Windows 11. You will troubleshoot OS or application issues with minimal user disruption and will use SCCM for deployments, inventory tracking, and issue resolution. Required Technical Skills SCCM Create User and Device Collections with proper naming conventions Build Packages from third-party sources, including clear explanations Deploy software using various deployment methods (available, required, deadline-based) Write queries for collections and reporting (inventory, targeting, etc.) Troubleshoot SCCM issues (corrupt clients, install errors, drivers, BIOS) Windows 10 / 11 Troubleshoot OS and application issues in Windows 10 and 11 Experience installing and configuring Windows clients Scripting skills in PowerShell, CMD or VBScript Nice to have Read and interpret SCCM log files during troubleshooting Validate applications for Windows 10/11 compatibility Experience with OS upgrade or device replacement projects Familiarity with Jira for project ticketing Experience using ServiceNow for tickets and asset tracking Advanced scripting capabilities (PowerShell, CMD, VBScript) Basic knowledge of networks (ports, protocols, Firewalls, Wi-Fi) Understanding of database systems, especially Oracle Soft skills A strong team player who supports colleagues in technical troubleshooting Able to clearly communicate with end-users (French required) Interested?
