To enforce our team we're looking for a business analyst who will: analyze business processes and workflows to spot opportunities for optimization collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement develop and maintain documentation for financial models, reports, and analyses monitor financial performance and provide recommendations for improvement conduct research and analysis to support business decisions develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the business holds a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field possesses strong analytical skills and the ability to identify trends and patterns in financial data has excellent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch, French and English can work independently and collaboratively in a team environment knows financial modeling and analysis tools like BPNM (a plus) Whether you need support during challenging projects or just a friendly ear to listen, your talent manager is here for you.
