Senior Legal Advisor

Robert Half Talent Solutions is currently looking for a Senior Legal Advisor (m/f/x) for a permanent position based in Gent .

Our client is an international company active in the Cosmetics and Personal Care sector .

As Senior Legal Advisor (m/f/x) you will be responsible for:

• Be the Legal Business Partner - Provide expert guidance on all company operations and activities;
• Contract Management - Draft, review, and negotiate contracts across diverse business functions;
• Dispute Resolution & Risk Mitigation - Handle litigation across multiple countries and develop risk prevention strategies;
• Data Privacy & Compliance - Oversee GDPR and privacy regulations, ensuring best practices;
• Intellectual Property Leadership - Manage and refine our IP portfolio and strategy across Europe;
• Department Strategy & Process Optimization - Lead projects, refine workflows, and contribute to strategic planning.

The required profile for the Senior Legal Advisor (m/f/x) position:

• Master's Degree in Law;
• Minimum 5 years in commercial contracts and business law (law firm and/or in-house);
• Broad expertise in general commercial law, contract management and other domains such as GDPR, IP and Real Estate;
• Commercially savvy, solution-driven, and hands-on;
• Fluent in English, French, and Dutch (Spanish/German a plus!);
• Travel: Occasional (mainly UK).
