SAP Business Analyst

I am looking for a Business Analyst with a strong business acumen and a passion for data-driven decision-making. This role will focus on understanding the reporting needs of plant managers and senior leadership, designing key performance indicators (KPIs), and shaping the visualization of reports in SAP. You will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure that reporting capabilities post-go-live (January 2026) are robust, relevant, and actionable.

Key Responsibilities

• Needs Analysis: Engage with plant managers and senior stakeholders to gather and analyze reporting requirements.
• KPI Design: Define and structure performance indicators aligned with operational and strategic goals.
• Report Modeling: Collaborate with the SAP implementation team to design and validate report templates and dashboards, and ensure data source availability.
• Visualization Strategy: Propose intuitive and effective ways to visualize data for decision-making.
• Documentation: Maintain clear documentation of reporting requirements, definitions, and logic.
• Testing & Validation: Support user acceptance testing (UAT) for reporting features and ensure alignment with business expectations.
• Change Management: Assist in training and onboarding users to the new reporting tools and dashboards.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance reporting capabilities post-go-live.

Experience:

• Proven experience in business analysis, performance reporting, or ERP-related projects.
• Familiarity with SAP (especially S/4HANA) and reporting tools (e.g., SAP Analytics Cloud, Power BI) is a strong asset.

Skills:

• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical reporting specifications.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proficiency in data visualization and storytelling.
• Fluent in English and French

Additional Details:

• Location: Wallonia (3 days per week onsite)
• Job Type: Full-Time
• 3 months starting in June/July 2025, with continued part time support until end 2025
