Senior Project Manager

What you will work on

To strengthen our team, we are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to manage a complex UMAX implementation projects.

This is a permanent position with frequent travel to the Customer’s premises.

UMAX is the brand name of our software solution for water and energy utilities. It automates their business processes and enables them to better engage with their customers. UMAX is a cloud-based solution, built on the powerful Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform.


As our Project Manager, you…

  • Manage the complete project lifecycle (initiation until launch) and secure delivery on time, within budget, on scope and on quality
  • Develop the project management plan covering project organization, R&R’s, schedules, budget, risk and quality management plans
  • Gather, lead and motivate project team members. Ensuring that the various points of contacts deliver to agreed targets.
  • Manage stakeholder engagement.
  • Develop change/transition management plan to secure a smooth transition after project implementation.
  • Track & communicate on project progress against defined plan, requirements, quality measures, standard processes & milestones.
  • Organize business requirements gathering and definition of the related business processes and translate into detailed business requirements.
  • Defining project quality requirements including the business/user acceptance criteria.
  • coordinate the handover of the solution, after the “go live”, to the Service Delivery team
  • play an active role in the set-up of service contracts, together with the business development and the service delivery department.


What you bring

• master’s degree or equivalent through experience

• very good experience with managing large, complex ERP project implementations

• excellent customer-client relation skills

• knowledge of the Utilities, Telco sector is useful but not mandatory

• preferably PMI/PMBOK and Agile/Scrum certified

• proven People Management and preferably coaching skills

• willing to be flexible in terms of travel

• team player with true problem-solving mentality and likes to take initiative

• driven by quality

• 100% customer oriented and adapts swiftly to fast-paced and quickly changing environments
