Program Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive transformation roadmap grounded in realistic milestones.
- Partner with executive leadership to synchronize program outcomes with organizational goals.
- Work closely with IT to embed digital solutions across functions.
- Oversee a suite of cross-functional initiatives alongside project leads and other stakeholders.
- Organize and facilitate high-level steering committees and equivalent governance forums.
- Guide project teams to deliver on targets within scope, schedule, and budget.
- Drive change-management activities, including crafting the narrative, designing communications, and assessing impacts.
- Maintain transparent reporting on risks, progress, and outcomes to keep all stakeholders informed.
Candidate Profile
- At least 10 years of proven experience in project and program management.
- Educational background in industrial, commercial, or civil engineering, or comparable professional experience.
- Prior exposure to controls or infrastructure projects is advantageous.
- Strong communicator with excellent stakeholder-management abilities.
- Demonstrated enthusiasm for digitalization and IT collaboration.
- Multilingual proficiency (Dutch, French, English).
