We are seeking a highly experienced Delivery and Procurement Manager to lead our clients global delivery operations. This pivotal role involves overseeing the end-to-end supply chain execution for customer projects and industrial plants, ensuring timely, high-quality, and cost-effective delivery of materials and services.

➡️Key Responsibilities⬅️

Strategic Delivery Leadership: Develop and implement robust delivery strategies (procurement execution, expediting, and logistics) aligned with global procurement and project execution standards. Proactively identify and mitigate supply chain risks.

Team Management: Lead, mentor, and coordinate a multi-disciplinary team including Project Procurement & Logistics Managers (PPLMs), Buyers, Expeditors, and Logistics Specialists.

Supplier & Contract Execution: Ensure strict compliance with supplier contracts during the execution phase, working closely with Global Category Managers. Participate in key supplier negotiations and proactively resolve performance issues. Monitor supplier production progress, adherence to Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), and contractual delivery milestones to prevent production stops.

Expediting & Logistics Oversight: Supervise all expediting activities, including real-time tracking of orders, production, inspections, and shipments. Oversee international logistics operations, optimizing transport flows and ensuring customs compliance.

➡️Qualifications and Requirements⬅️

• Master’s degree in Supply Chain and/or Procurement, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in industrial procurement and project execution
• Leadership experience in EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) or other large-scale industrial environments.
• Demonstrated expertise in contract execution, expediting, logistics, and supplier performance management.
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with proven experience leading multi-disciplinary and international teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), SAP ERP, and logistics tracking tools.
• Fluent in both French and English.
