Telecom Project Engineer (Junior/Medior)

Are you ready to power the future of energy through high-impact telecom projects? We’re looking for a Telecom Project Engineer with 1–2 years of experience (or a strong junior with the right attitude!) to join an ambitious team building the energy infrastructure of tomorrow.

🔧 What You’ll Do

As a Telecom Project Engineer, you’ll play a key role in electrical infrastructure projects (ranging from 36 kV to 380 kV), focusing on telecom components from design to execution:

📌 Translate project needs into clear telecom requirements

📌 Create and manage Telecom Project Notes

📌 Work on ~20 projects simultaneously

📌 Conduct feasibility studies and budget estimates

📌 Support construction, commissioning, and administrative closure

📌 Collaborate with telecom design teams and infrastructure managers

📌 Participate in the development of new telecom concepts and tools

💡 Who You Are

✅ 1–2 + years of experience in telecom or similar projects (junior profiles welcome with training support)

✅ Strong communication & leadership skills – able to unite stakeholders and clearly present strategies

✅ Detail-oriented and structured with a problem-solving mindset

✅ Comfortable managing multiple projects

✅ Team player who’s proactive and customer-focused

✅ Civil or Industrial Engineer (Electrical/Electromechanical)

📌 Nice to Have

✨ Experience with telecom systems or infrastructure projects

✨ Knowledge of telecom network design or commissioning
