We are currently looking for a Part-Time (50%) Administration & Invoicing Officer to support our Finance team based in Brussels.
Key Responsibilities
- Centralize and process purchase invoices for all Access Group entities
- Manage the invoice approval process
- Prepare payments
- Prepare sales invoices
- Handle various administrative tasks
- Assist with ad-hoc analyses and projects
This is a part-time position (50%), ensuring flexibility while allowing you to contribute meaningfully to the Finance team.
Your Profile
- Degree in Office management/Executive Secretaryship or equivalent
- Experience in a similar role
- Highly organized and detail-focused
- Strong command of English (working language) and French
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
