Production Planner

BENEO, member of the Südzucker Group, is a global market leader in functional food ingredients for humans and animals with production sites in Belgium, Germany, Chile and Italy. BENEO markets their ingredients in over 75 countries. For the site in Wijgmaal - Leuven (B) we are looking for a:

Production Planner

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate the forecast figures/demand planning/Batch Control Records
• Develop and optimize the midterm production plan
• Proactively adjust the planning when you encounter unforeseen production stops, unexpected production results, or staff shortages.
• Accept, shift, or reject new sales orders in SAP according to the uploaded forecast and fixed midterm planning.
• Act as the primary contact for production planning and for order administration regarding confirmed sales orders.
• Report to the Head of Supply Chain

Key Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master’s degree, preferably in a technical or business-related field.
• Experience in supply chain or production planning is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Organized, accurate, and results-oriented.
• Proficient in Excel; knowledge of SAP is a plus.
• Fluent in English and preferably Dutch
