Maintenance Manager (Dutch Speaking)


Maintenance Manager Your mission Responsible for the operational supervision and strategic development of the Lettershop machine park across two production sites (Anderlecht and Fleurus), including maintenance, repair, machine adjustment, and spare parts supply, to ensure the availability, performance, and safety of technical equipment while aligning with the organization’s strategic objectives. As Maintenance Manager you’re responsible for the: Strategic Maintenance Management : Maintain constant preventive monitoring of equipment and tools, oversee and validate maintenance plans, and intervene as an expert when necessary to optimize equipment performance and minimize downtime. Supplier Relations Management : Handle supplier selection, including drafting specifications, participating in negotiations, implementation (testing), and contract management. Manage spare parts inventory and procurement to ensure machine park performance and availability while respecting budget, safety, and quality standards. Change Management : Identify and successfully implement change initiatives (skills development, team structure optimization, process and workflow improvement) to enable the team to achieve expected performance levels. Support change by strengthening collaboration, continuous training, and the adoption of new methods and/or technologies within the technical team. Technical Project Management : Lead major technical projects, such as the installation of new equipment or infrastructure upgrades, ensuring adherence to budgets and deadlines. Technical Performance Management : and the technical department budget to take corrective actions and ensure department and team performance. Production Team Support : Work closely with production teams to ensure equipment availability and support productivity. As Maintenance Manager you have a : Bachelor's or master’s degree in Electromechanics. Excellent skills in technical management and industrial maintenance. Strong project management skills, particularly in production environments. Solid leadership and team management skills in a technical and production environment. In-depth knowledge of industrial technologies and automated systems. A dynamic team in a family company culture!
