Bid Writing Manager


As a Bid Manager, you will play a key role in the success of our Sales team, managing and coordinating responses to tenders to ensure submitted proposals meet client requirements, align with the company’s strategy, and are competitive in the market. By collaborating with commercial, technical, legal, and financial teams, you will help deliver high-quality bids that optimize our chances of winning business opportunities. As Bid Manager, your key responsibilities include: Tender Detection and Analysis Collaborate with the Sales team to determine which tenders to pursue. Under the sponsorship of the Key Account Manager (KAM), craft compelling and clear commercial and technical proposals that align with the client’s expectations. Key Sales Team Support Act as a trusted partner to the Sales team, supporting Key Account Managers in the pre-tender phase, during negotiations, and throughout the selling process. Manage Q&A processes with customers and prepare final submission documents to maximize success. End-to-End Bid Process Management ~ Lead the bid process from start to finish, ensuring high-quality outputs at every stage. Follow-up and Performance Analysis A Master’s degree (Business School, Engineering, or University) or equivalent experience. Ideally, 3 years of relevant experience in bid management or related activities (e.g., purchasing, pricing, legal, or sales). Strong organizational and project management skills. Ideally, knowledge of IT and document management environments. Fluency in Dutch, French, and English. A dynamic team within a family company culture!
