Your Role
Business Development
- Identify and convert new business opportunities.
- Conduct outbound sales (calls, emails, visits) and attend key events.
- Build and manage your CRM pipeline accurately.
Sales Reporting
- Log all activities and maintain up-to-date data in CRM.
- Contribute to forecasts and weekly planning meetings.
Collaboration & Communication
- Align with Talent Acquisition Managers to match opportunities.
- Keep consultants and internal teams informed and engaged.
Your Profile
Experience
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience (HR, consulting, or interim).
- Strong track record in new business development (‘hunter’ mindset).
Skills
- Proactive, goal-driven, and resilient.
- Skilled in cold acquisition, lead generation, and deal closing.
- Fluent in Dutch and French; excellent English.
- Comfortable with C-level conversations and long sales cycles.
