We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 F&O Functional Consultant to support a large-scale, multi-region implementation for a global pharmaceutical client. This is a long-term engagement involving the rollout of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations across six international regions.
You will work closely with internal stakeholders, business analysts, and technical teams to design, configure, and optimize D365 F&O solutions in alignment with the client’s operational and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead functional workshops to gather business requirements across finance and supply chain domains
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications for D365 F&O
- Configure and customize Dynamics 365 F&O to meet project needs
- Support data migration, testing, and go-live activities across regional rollouts
- Work cross-functionally with technical teams to ensure seamless integration
- Provide user training, documentation, and ongoing functional support
- Collaborate with regional teams to ensure localized compliance and processes
- Identify risks and suggest improvements throughout the implementation lifecycle
Requirements
- Experience in pharmaceutical or highly regulated industries is a strong plus
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Dutch or French is a significant advantage
